| Harry Houdini, boar Harry is a Peruvian Guinea Pig we picked up at the Unique Pet Expo in Oregon on Feb. 22, 2003. He is very sweet. His hair is flipped up here, but it keeps growing and growing. |

| SWEETY, sow This is Sweety, a Rainbow. She is part Abyssinian, Guinea Pig. She has whorls or 'rosettes' of hair. Her rosettes are not show quality. But, her disposition and color are great! She was born around March of 2002. |
| SWEETYS 1st Litter of babies. Sweety with her babies a day after they were born. Guinea Pig babies are born looking like tiny replications of the adults. Their eyes are open and they can even eat bits of food and hay. Their pregnancy gestation is between 64-74 days. The babies must nurse 3-5 weeks and then they are ready for their new homes. |
